the carpet in my room had small stains i found this pretty unpleasant. the rooms were also somewhat dark even with the lights on.

insistent upgrade request limited breakfast options
The location was acceptable. It offered convenient access to nearby shopping areas.
Check-in was not smooth. I was asked to upgrade my room with insistence, even though the room i was assigned was not properly cleaned. also, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt gloomy. It did not provide a relaxing experience and the breakfast options were quite limited.

open wardrobe big bathroom caring staff convenient location
the room include big open plan wardrobe and good space for luggage. the bathroom was big, and the shower works wonderful. i found staff on floor 11 very caring. this location is convenient to many attractions.
the breakfast don't seems attractive, and room rate be higher than a 5-star hotel.
